Corrigenda

Abstract

Two errors appear in Figure 1 in the article, "New linkage groups and revised chromosome map of the domestic fowl," by Ralph G. Somes, Jr. in the November-December 1978 issue of the Journal of Heredity (69:401–403, 1978). In group III the first locus is shown as W-white skin; this should read w-yellow skin. In group V the third locus is shown as id, ida, idc-dermal melanin inhibitor; this should read Id, ida, idc-dermal melanin inhibitor. The author regrets the errors.
