Abstract

Computer programs have been developed to serve as a method for storing, retriving, and sorting mouse linkage data. The programs accept and store raw data and reference information for gene linkage; calculate recombination values for each data set and for combined data sets; retrive, sort, and print-out raw data, references, and recombination values; and generate linkage maps.
