Abstract
The genetics of electrophoretic enzyme variants (allozymes) of nine enzymes of Rhagoletis tabellaria was investigated by single-pair crosses. All allozymes segregated as simple Mendellan genes. One sex-linked and two autosomal linkage groups have been established. This is the third different pattern of sex-linkage discovered thus far in Rhagoletis.
